Automation Cell Description
The Plus-K60 Automation system by Methods is an easy to use pre-engineered robotic automation system for the medium bed ADV Fanuc RoboDrill with a DTT 5 axis table. This system is designed for minimal to no setups making it ideal to automatically process a mixture of mid to low volume jobs. The heart of this innovative system are the extended tool storage racks for holding extra tools and the Rotary Storage Carousel designed to both store workpieces carriers in conjunction with the Fanuc Robot to unload and load tools and workpiece carriers into and out of the machine. The system comes with four toolholder racks adding 44 tool positions to the RoboDrill for a total of 65 tools and 5 rows of pallet/part receivers adding 60 holding positions for parts.Specifications
